Magellan GPS introduces the ToughCase rugged and waterproof GPS-enabled protective case for iPhone and iPod touch. The TouchCase is a multi-functional accessory. It enhance the accuracy of location based and GPS apps for iPhone 3G/3GS and iPod touch, while protecting and extending the battery life of your iPhone or iPod touch.

The Magellan ToughCase is equipped with SiRFstar III GPS chipset delivering up to 3 meters of accuracy. It also packs a 1840mAh battery for charging iPhone and iPod touch. The case meets IPX-7 waterproof standards, enabling the device to be submerged at a depth of 1-meter for up to 30 minutes. It’s unique case design allows you to interact with your device while it remains protected from the elements, including the touch screen, hard buttons, and audio headphone jack access.
